Scissors Rule runs 22 Great Clips® salons across Dallas–Fort Worth, and we’re hiring Assistant Salon Managers. This is a working role — you’re still behind the chair.

What the job is

You run shifts when the Salon Manager isn’t there, keep the floor moving through a steady mix of online check-ins and walk-ins, and help newer stylists find their feet. It’s the step where you find out whether running a salon is something you want, with a Salon Manager beside you while you do it.

What we’re looking for

• A current, valid Texas cosmetology or barber license
• A desire to run a shift, not just work one
• Comfort coaching other stylists, not just cutting
• Availability that includes some evenings and weekends
