Scissors Rule runs 22 Great Clips® salons across Dallas–Fort Worth, and we’re hiring Salon Managers to run them.

What the job is

You manage one salon — the schedule, the team, hiring, the service standard. You’re still cutting; this isn’t an office job. You report to an Area Manager, and you have real say over how your salon runs day to day.

What we’re looking for

• A current, valid Texas cosmetology or barber license
• A desire to run a salon — the team, the schedule, the standard
• Confidence hiring, scheduling and developing a team
• Availability that includes some evenings and weekends
